GUCCI F/W 1999 by Tom Ford Black Smocked-Sleeve Top (M-L)

From the Gucci Fall/Winter 1999 collection under Tom Ford, this rare black top reflects the sensual minimalism and refined tailoring that defined his era at the house. 
Though not seen on the runway, similar designs were featured in the collection (especially a leather top very similar).

Crafted from a luxurious wool-silk blend, it features an elegant boat neckline, smocked shoulders, and voluminous long sleeves with ruched cuffs.
The cinched waistline enhances the silhouette, adding a soft, structured touch to the fluid fabric.
